Borchard Road and Moorpark Road Interchange
 

Project Description: Mr. Mimiaga provided the City project management and construction management services for this $10 Million construction program including two projects as follows: (1) the $8 million federally funded Borchard Road Interchange project, and (2) the $2 million federally funded Moorpark Road Interchange project. The Borchard project consisted of the modification of the existing configuration of the freeway ramps, construction of new southbound on and off ramps, construction of a new and modification of existing traffic signals, construction of a 700' of double 24’x14' reinforced box culvert and new storm drain facilities, and various street widening. The Moorpark project consisted of the widening of Moorpark Road under US 101, adding a lane in each direction, and improving left turn movements onto the Freeway.
