Wastewater Reclamation Facility Upgrade
Project
Description:
This $12 million project included adding equalization storage
basins and renovating several existing treatment facilities and
structures. The upgrades increased the reliability of the
reclamation facility which discharged into, and supported, the
environmentally fragile Santa Clara River Estuary.
