Water Treatment Plant

Project Description: Construction Costs $21,600,000.00. Mimiaga Engineering Group provided Construction Management and Inspection services to the City of Ventura for their new membrane filtration plant project. The project provided the City an enhanced ability to produce clean drinking water. The membrane system is more efficient and sophisticated than the former process. The existing treatment facility is designated as an historic monument needed to remain in service until the new facility was completed. This project represents the largest single expenditure for construction since the City was established in 1781.
